第一日：看！灰机！好大的棉花糖！ 第二日：驱了一天的车前往丽江，途经大理古城。 第三日：又是一大早起来，先是看了东巴文化村，然后是张艺谋导演的实景大戏《印象丽江雪山篇》。接着是坐索道上玉龙雪山的云杉坪，然后是山脚下的蓝月谷。晚上游览丽江古城。 第四日：目的地–香格里拉！又是长途汽车，中途观看了虎跳峡中汹涌的金沙江水，以之前路过了长江第一弯，晚上到达那心中的日月后去了藏民家中作客，一天也就在歌舞声匆匆过去了。 第五日：普达措国家公园，晚上回到丽江住宿 第六日：继续返回昆明，再次途经大理，观赏了大理的崇圣寺三塔，晚上入住楚雄酒店 第七日：早上逛玉器店，然后玩昆明石林地质公园，里面基本上全是除了石头就人头，下午逛七彩云南（政府办的规模巨大的购物中心）。次日飞回南京，旅途结束。
